However, many factories in China only have a simple license for business operations, but they do not have import and export rights. Even their companies have not registered.

          Some factories have never done export business but have been selling domestically. However, they have seen some of their peer factories continue to take orders from abroad which seem to be developing very well, so they have also developed ideas for export. But first of all, you should understand that even if some of your peers have been making foreign orders, it does not mean that they are exporting their products, perhaps just to supply goods for some foreign trade companies, which is the same as the domestic sales. ⑤Cooperating with others, whether with foreign trade companies or agent exports, exists the possibility of overlapping business and the risk that customer resources will be taken over.

⑥With your own factory, production line, technical workers and operators, you can completely control the timeliness of delivery, delivery time or quality level of products.

For foreign trade companies

①With its own foreign customer resources, the factory resources are unlimited and can be replaced at any time for the sake of interest.

②In line with the international market, they are well aware of the international market and product trends and can be targeted and regulated by the manufacturers' resources.

③As hosts, they can earn very much, such as customer's money, and then the factory money.

④The potential risk is low and they will not directly bear the indirect loss caused by the big environment.

⑤Control all the customers, whether supply resources or customer resources will not be leaked, which results in losses.

⑥Without own production base, it is impossible for them to control production timeliness or product related issues.

Key to Problems 

             There are advantages and disadvantages. Due to the above problems we must not emphasize whether a foreign trade company or a factory is good. It’s meaningless in discussing this. The question we are talking about is how the factory develops.

            Of course, as a factory, you can also cooperate with companies with third-party services, such as agent export companies. But it is best to conduct investigations in advance, which must be purely representative of export services. They cannot own their own regular product export business at the same time. However, your data can be sold out and sent out even if people don't grab it.

            Therefore, I have always adhered to the attitude that if you want to develop, you have to stand up in person. If you are afraid of falling, use talents. If there is no talent, then go and gather talents. Only where there is a good leader, the problems will not be too complicated and the development prospects will tend to be bright. Everything is difficult at the beginning, and what is even more difficult is the moment when you make up your mind.
